U should go for chemistry first I'm which u have to be very focused on Ionic,thermo,states of matter,surface chemistry.
As far as maths is concerned u should go for coordinate geometry, Calculus and Algebra sections as well be prepared for probability too.
In physics u must be well prepared for full mechanics as well as optics and modern physics too.
These r some of the important topics which could be studied & could get a better marks above 200 in JEE mains...
