my all india jipmer rank is 31517 and i am in ST category, what is my chance?

According the list of shortlisted candidates mbbs course(2018-19) for ST category,the student with rank 72 and percentile 89.0971205 secured the last position and we know that only 9 seats are reserved to ST category.
I am sorry to say that there are nil chances for you to get admission in JIPMER 2019 according to the previous year list and this year also.
Hope for good colleges through NEET2019.
