Vel Tech Undergraduate Entrance Exam, i.e, VTUEEE is conducted by Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology for admissions to B.Tech programs offered by the university. The result of VTUEEE 2019 phase 1 was to be declared on 15th February. Candidates will get to know their ranks on their provided email addresses. You can also check the official website for the result.
Regarding the question you asked, the score can be viewd on the official link provided. If the score is not mentioned in that result link, then I am sorry, you won't be able to know your score only the rank.
