my b arch percentile is 30.67,rank in st is 6060,rank in crl is 154578, can i get any nit?

No, getting an nit at such a low percentile and rank is not possible. NITs mostly close at 1000 for category ranks and 6000 for general category. So getting NIT at 6000 is not possible.
