Sorry to say that with this much score in jee mains paper 2 , you cannot get any NIT for the bArch programme. I will suggest you to apply for private colleges that offer you a course in barch, some of these are :
POORNIMA University
Adhiyamaan
College
of Engineering.
Allana College of Architecture.
Axis Institute of Technology & Management.etc.
