Hello, as you have not mentioned rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank and at this percentile chances of getting top 3 branches looks possible in north eastern Nit like Sikkim ,Nagaland ,Manipur Mizoram,Arunachal Pradesh,Meghalaya and some new Nit.
But, you can not get top 3 branches in top 10-15 Nit .
All depends on cutoff and cutoff for Nit remains always very high.
And cutoffs changes every year. So, Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till last round of Csab counseling.
