It is next to impossible to get MBBS with that score. The cutoff for MBBS goes above 500 at least.
Also, for BDS you have to struggle for a seat. The cutoff is lower in some places but still 400 is a score due to which you have to struggle.
It will be better if you apply for State counselling.
