Dear John, though it is quite unfortunate tobwhat as happened, your friend has 2 options. Either trying to appear and write the exam with the non accident hand. If his dominant hand is right and and he hurt his right hand, he can try attempting the exam with left hand. The second option is not appearing for the exam. Scribes are not allowed.
