My Icar Air 17,500 with 233 marks in general category.will I get a seat for fishery science in any govt clg in icar 2019?

Hello ma'am thank you for answering. Is it 100% confirm I will get a seat ? I applied for counselling but in first round I dI'd not get any seat so I am worried.Because there are very few fishery seats in INDIA AND I am not from any reserved category like obc or sc st.Maam you said that I should look up to other colleges to make sure I have secured a seat.I didn't get that plz can you explain to me
