You jee main percentile is 60.42. Converting the given percentile to marks the marks would be around 30-40 out of 360. With that percentile you can not get into top colleges. I suggest to take a drop or crack other state competitive examinations.

This year marks cannot be predicted by seeing percentile.
This year cutoff can be predicted by seeing the slot.
