my marks in jee mains april 2019 is 143 can i get any nit with civil or any other branch

As per your marks, your percentile is 97-99% and your general rank is approximately between 22,222 - 23,822. You may be eligible for JEE Advanced as well.
As per your rank, you can get into any NIT with Civil or any branch with some low demand in the market.
