Hello Aspirant,
Without the official cut off being released, nothing can be said for sure. However on the basis of previous years you have a decent chance of getting into an IIT.
IITs holds an interview session for the candidates and only after qualifying it you can get admission in an IIT.

Based on previous years record, you can land a score of approx 850 and regarding rank, you can come under 500.
