My PCB percetge in 2018 hsc is 42%. n i am applicable for NEET beacause of i am obc candidate so taking gap for NEET is right or wrong ??

Since the eligibility criteria for obc candidate is 40% in boards. So you are absolutely eligible for neet . So be free to take a gap and study hard to get selected.

For category aggregate marks is 40 % in PCB , so u may take a drop.
