my percentage is 81 can j fet any NIT?

As per your question, NO it is not possible for you to get admission into NITs across India, because in order to get admission into the NITs, one need to score more than 95 percentile, only then you can get admission in the NITs and IITs. Remember that, cutoff will depend upon the number of students who gave the exam and the difficulty level. So it might increase or decrease accordingly.
