My percentile is 78 in January session. If again I will give April Jee main and perform bad or good than this then which is my final score.

According to NTA, JEE Mains has entrance exam twice in a year. You have 78 percentile in January session so you have chance to improve your score in April. The score for both the attempts will be consider and best of the score used for ranking.
