my rank is 38000 in sc kota can i get a good collage ?

Hope you are doing well
I am really sorry to say but with 38000 rank in JEE Mains SC Category, you can't get a seat in any of the NIT, IIIT or GFTI, since the last closing rank is around 7000-9000 for lower branches and lower league NITs for SC Category.
