My rank is 82000 in icar 2019 gen caste.can I get any college through councelling in ug course

No dear but your chances of getting good colleges under counselling is very low or there is no chance as per previous year trends.Still you should not loose hope and apply for the best.You can look after some private colleges that does not require good icar rank.For getting college under icar a rank under 3000 is generally required.
