Congratualtions for bagging such a great rank to your sister and you too. IITs release a cut-off marks which shows all the categories and the required ranks to get into respective branches of engineering. According to the previous year's ranks I can tentatively say that you can get a good IIT based on your rank but you may have to compromise on your branch.
