Yes you can get a seat in private medical college or through Management quota , the chances are pretty less though.
The fees for Management Quota is approximately 50 lakh . Though it may change depending upon the college.
I would advise you to take a drop or go for courses which doesn't consider NEET marks as a necessary criteria.
