Actually, you should have to score 50% marks in aggregate and in PCB also and pass marks in all other subjects in 12th board examination.

50 percent if you belong to General Category
40 percent if you belong to OBC/SC/ST Category
45 percent if you belong to PWD Category
Assuming you are a general candidate and full mark in each subject is 70 (theory) + 30 (practicals), then
Biology(theory + practicals) + Physics(theory + practicals) + Chemistry (theory + practicals) should be minimum 150.
But make sure you pass in all subjects.
Eg. Biology - 50+28 = 78
Physics - 45+14 = 59
Chemistry - 40 + 12 = 52
Total = 189. You are eligibile
Eg (2) Biology - 60 + 30 = 90
Physics - 16 + 10 = 26
Chemistry - 60+30=90
Total = 206. But in this case a candidate wont be eligible even though his/her aggregate is more than 50 percent, because he/she has failed in Physics.
