Yes, the NMMS form for Bihar has been released. The application started on 5 November 2024. The last date to apply was first 1 December 2024, but it was later extended to 7 December 2024. The exam will be held on 19 January 2025.
Students studying in Class 8 in the 2024-25 session can apply. You must have at least 55% marks in Class 7 (50% for SC/ST). The annual family income should be below Rs. 3.5 lakh. Students from private schools, JNV, KV, and Sainik schools cannot apply.
The application process is online on the official SCERT Bihar website. After filling the form and uploading documents, students should download the confirmation page. Admit cards will be available around 13 January 2025.
