If you have registered for the counselling in Karnataka for admission in a medical college through your NEET 2018 result and you are not a resident/ domicile of Karnataka, then you come under the All India quota. 15% of the total seats are reserved for admission through the All India quota. Rest of the seats are for the candidates with domicile.
