If you will apply for state quota counselling of karnataka then you can't have a seat in Karnataka out of 85% seats. You will not be eligible as you can't provide them Karnataka's domicile certificate.But you can participate in private medical colleges counselling of karnataka as in private colleges counselling category and state is not a barrier during private medical colleges seat allotment.
They have to fill all the seats with students.
