First upload the obc-ncl declaration form from the official website if jee advanced.

Apply for newer one obc- ncl certificate
They have other option like you can upload it late before 5 June if you don't have right now the new one updated.

But if I apply for the new certificate now it won't come so early before 5th June.

no new one means that your obc certificate will be updated . every year the list changes for reserved caste so you just have to update your obc certificate and this will not that much time. all the best.
