These are the different rounds of counselling , if 10 candidates are alloted a medical seat in 1st round , but only 5 of them have taken the seat , rest 5 seats are transferred on the 2nd round and all subsequent rounds. Mop-up round is the last round for any state or any medical college.
With these marks , there are 50-50 chances of getting a seat in government medical college, because the cutoff was around 457 for govt. medical college , dungarpur.
Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff. All the best !
