Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

In All India Quota with UR or OBC category, it is impossible.
There could be some possibility in your state using your State Quota.

mam.. state quota is not done by neet.. i think so.. because there is a seperate test for veterinary in haryana..
