    Hello sundeep, hope you are doing well. Yes a dropper get gap certificate. A gap certificate is made by a notary most probably.

    ...

    The Process is that-

    You need to draft the Gap Year Affidavit in a prescribed format stating the reasons for the Gap Year.

    Purchase the Stamp Paper.

    Sign the Affidavit in front of Notary Public and make it Notraized.
