Hi Deepak, based on last year trends in NEET PG i am sorry to say that its quite difficult to get general medicine or emergency medicine for your rank in general category, but if you have any reservation, like OBC or SC/ST, your chances are higher, for instance 19666th rank belonging to MBCDC got general medicine dnb in government headquarters hospital ,erode, Tamil Nadu, hope this helps. good luck
