self - similarty is property of
Hello Dear,
An object is said to be s elf-similar if it looks "roughly" the same on any scale. Fractals are a particularly interesting class of self-similar objects. Simply put, a fractal is a geometric object that is similar to itself on all scales. If you zoom in on a fractal object it will look similar or exactly like the original shape. This property is called self-similarity. A fractal often has the following features:
- It has a fine structure at arbitrarily small scales.
- It is too irregular to be easily described in traditional Euclidean geometric language.
- It is self-similar (at least approximately or stochastic-ally).
Good Luck
