Should I participate for csab special round. In jee mains my crl rank is 105795 and obc rank is 30569.

Based on your category rank you might get a seat in some of NITs which are NIT Durgapur and some of the eastern side NITs.You can check the previous year cutoff of various NITs for various branches by going through the link provided below.

Usually csab round is conducted after 7 rounds of JOSAA counselling.But,with your rank it is very hard to get any seat in csab round.
It's only waste of money since you have to pay 35k for csab round so,it's better to drop this year and take long term.

I'm sorry to inform you but your rank is too low to fetch you any nit/iiit/gfti,unless you have home state quota of north eastern states, if you have north eastern state quota then you can try for these colleges:
- Nit tripura
- Nit Sikkim
- Nit meghalaya
- Nit manipur

If you have not got any decent college by now, then you should participate in CSAB special round. Your rank isn't that great, so you won't get any top-ranked NIT, IIIT or GFTI. You might end up getting the following colleges:
- All the northeastern NITs except NIT Silchar
- Lower ranked GFTIs like Assam University, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology
- Lower ranked IIITs.
