Dear Ashiwinisingh,
Shruti is eligible for other AIIMS than Delhi.Every student who gives AIIMS is eligible to apply is any 11 of the AIIMS college. But seeing her rank according to me she has very less chance of getting into any AIIMS unless she is in a reserved category like SC or ST.
Since the total AIIMS seat sum up to around 1200-1300 there is very less chance than in this rank she gets AIIMS. Still hope for the best....
