Sir, for non-local, if parents are local, is it necessary to submit the Residential certificate on verification day?

it is necessary to submit the resedential certificate during the time of verification day . if you have any complicated situations like , you might not be able to submit the certificate by time etc , it is advicable to contact the helpline numbers in prior and ask if you can submit it during the admission .
