For JEE Mains 2020 you almost have 1 year. I suggest you to start studying right now itself from NCERT Textbooks of 11th and 12th standards of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. NCERT textbooks are very helpful for understanding the concepts.
Prepare a timetable and set the dates. Mark the dates and the month on which you would complete a specific number of chapters.
Solve previous year question papers. Set time of 3 hours and try to finish it in that time. Time is very important while solving multiple choice questions so practice with time.
For Physics :-
In physics ,understanding the concepts are very important. Solve numericals too but first clear the concepts. If any doubt arises then get it cleared at that point of time itself.
There are many reference books available for each subject. You can refer any of the books mentioned below.
HC Verma Physics Volume 1 and 2, Numerical Physics by I. E Irodov, Fundamental of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker, Objective Physics by D. C Pandey
For Chemistry :-
There are many reactions in organic chemistry so I suggest you to write every reaction at least 5 times to remember it well.
For physical and inorganic chemistry practice questions and remember the formulas.
Books are divided as :-
Physical Chemistry :- Physical Chemistry by O. P Tandon, Numerical Chemistry by R. C Mukherjee.
Organic Chemistry :- Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd, Organic Chemistry by O. P Tandon
Inorganic Chemistry :- Numerical Chemistry by J. D Lee, Numerical Chemistry by O. P Tandon.
For Mathematics :- Books by R. D Sharma, I. A Maron , S. L Loney are amazing books to practice from.
Write formulas, practice as many sums as you can.

Hi aspirant,
If you wish to attempt jee main examination in 2020 then you have plenty of time for complete preparation, approximately one year. You should start by first understanding the syllabus completely and sticking to the syllabus. It is important that you stick to the syllabus because otherwise it will only waste your time and energy.
Then start by reading NCERTs of physics, chemistry and mathematics. It is well known that NCERT is the basis of understanding the concept of these subjects and will help you give a solid foundation.
Now two cases arise– either you have joined some kind of coaching or you are opting for self study.
If you have joined a coaching then they will provide you with all the study material you need to cover the syllabus and score well. Just make sure you cover your syllabus according to the speed of coaching so that you don't lag behind. Solve all there practice problem and test papers and read the study material thoroughly. This will be more than enough to get 180+ marks. Now for more practice solve 10-12 years of previous year question papers to get ahold of the pattern of examination.
Now if you are going for self study then after covering NCERTs, go for more advanced vooks for preparation. For mathematics go for RD Sharma, ML Khanna and mathematics for iit jee by tata McGraw hill and The Pearson Guide to Complete Mathematics for JEE by SL Loney. For Chemistry go for JD lee for inorganic chemistry, IIT chemistry by O.P Tandon , Complete Chemistry for JEE Main 2019 by NCERT and for physics go for Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma - Volume 1 and Volume 2 , Complete Physics for JEE Main 2019 by Irodov .
Again after covering syllabus solve all the previous year question papers and go for joining some test series to improve your speed and accuracy and clear your concepts.
This way you can easily score 180+ and all you have to be is patient and hard working.
Good luck!
Yeah sir I will help you for sure
First of all study the NCERT books please take a good grip on the concepts later on
Refer the some of the reference books for PCM
For physics H C vema
For chemistry O P Tandon
For mathematics R D Sharma
And refer the previous year question papers and also watch the important concepts videos
And follow the proper time table and don't waste single minute
Best regards
