Sir I am a railway employees so can't diploma at regular basis.so how is it possible at part time basis?

I would like to inform you that since you are a railway employee and it seems that you are intersted in doing dipoma , but on a part time basis, you should opt for an open university.
Open university offers you degree without attending any classes on regular basis. You only need to appear for exams.
