Means its not taking up your id and password ? And you gave the exam this year itself? Means that you gave the exam for 2018 session only?. See it might be a server problem so you just try after some time. If you have applied then it must open up. So just see to it once and then tell.

May be ur application no. Is not correctly entered
May be ur password is incorrect
May be ur browser is not updated
U can open the site in other browsers
Sometime net also not working properly may be the issue.
