You can apply to Sri Devraj URS Medical college , kolar in karnataka through ALL INDIA QUOTA. Since , you are from tamil nadu , you can apply in it through state quota. You can apply to any other medical college in any state of INDIA through All India Counselling.
According to your score , you can easily get a private medical college. Govt. college is slight difficult to get.
