sir I apply for caste certificate (sc) on 1oct 2020 and I received it on 19oct 2020 so, shall I show them my old caste certificate in neet counselling?!!

You should show the latest category certificate in NEET counselling as expired certificates are not valid. Take the certificate issued in October of 2020 and you will be good to go. This certificate will be enough to get you through the counselling process of this year. DO not take an old/expired certificate.
