For admission in IIT you need to give IIT Advance. Admission will be based on its merit.
As far as NITs are concerned, its the first time that NITs are taking admission of EWS category so we don't have the exact data, but looking at the other categories, you don't seem to have any chance to get into NITs.
You can look forward to other state-level government colleges or private colleges.
