According to your percentile, your rank would be-
9,35,741 * 0.14 = 1,31,003 (Approximately)
I am sorry to tell you but there are NO CHANCES for you to get any seat in HBTU, Kanpur.
I am also assuming you belong to the General Category.
In 2018, the cutoff rank for the General category was 44,703 after the last round.
