According to your NTA percentile score, it would be tough to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.
i would suggest you to appear for the JE Main April exam and try to perfrom better in that exam as best of the two scores will be considered.

U see a percentile of 12 is a very low score so i don't think you can qualify for jee advance even with sc category.
