Since you are asking for Uttarakhand that means you want to apply through all India quota.But for all India quota seats for MBBS your score should be minimum 550+.Also since you have a domicile of UP the cut off there too through your state quota won't fetch you seat in MBBS.I would suggest you to apply for BDS and also if you can afford for an MBBS seat in private/deemed universities.
