I regret to tell you that with such low rank you cannot fetch a good college even if any reservation is considered.Your have not mentioned few details like your home state, category and gender.But it is not possible you may have to take a private college and the fee will be very expensive for you.Do not loose hope you can try taking a long term and do well next year or you can take a private college if you can afford.
