But if you have home state quota in any new Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram it will help you.
And you have to wait till last round of Csab counseling.
Apply for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
Also I would recommend you to apply for other states government and private colleges which takes admission through Jee mains marks like Punjab University ,Ipu Delhi counseling.
And you can also apply for private universities like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University ,Graphic Era, Galgotia University, Amity University ,Thapar University.

Hi aspirant,
You have obtained a common Rank list (CRL) of 1,56,000 and you belong to OBC category. See, based on this rank it is very difficult for you to get NITs or IIITs. It would be better for you to look for some good private colleges or seek admission in some state government engineering colleges. In order to predict your college and branch options based on this rank and your category, you can use the JEE Main college predictor tool by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope it helps you.
