Dear Geetha, in 2017 under SC Category for State Quota, 442 marks were the cut off. They have gone higher in 2018. Going by previous cut offs and your current score a seat in a Government Medical College is unfortunately not possible.
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can also check the cut offs of various different colleges under your category at:
