Hello,

In second round of NEET AIQ counselling there isn't free exit option. The two options you have is to accept the seat allotted to you in round 2 and join or you have to exit and forfeit the security deposit. So if you exit and forfeit the fee then the security deposit will not be refunded to you and the seat allotted in round 2 stands cancelled but you can participate in state counselling. But if you join you cannot participate in state counselling.

So if you wish to forfeit the fee and exit then you may do so but as said the security deposit will not be refunded. It is not mandatory to accept the seat in round 2 but it depends what you wish to do.
