SIR I've done my 11th and 12th from Delhi. I'm bonafied himachali. Will I be able to apply for 85% state quota seats.

According to the eligibility criteria you need to pass class 12 from a delhi based school in order to get delhi state quota. Even if you belong to another state or lives outside delhi it doesn't matter. So yes you can apply for 85% state quota in delhi.
