The centre allotment is done on the basis on number of seats available at the centre
You might not have got your centre because there were no seats left at that centre when you filled the form.
You must plan your travel accordingly now, as in most of the cases centres are not changed, still you can try to mail the NEET helpdesk.
Better prepare to travel well in advance, check the location of centre a day before exam.
Be composed regarding the exam as of now.

No matter what was your preference or whether this location is far away from your home if it is written in your admit that this is your center of examination. You have to appear there at the time and date of your examination. Now, you can't do anything.
