Hi student,
You score 32.6 is too low to get into any of the government Institute. It is better that you prepare again and give the examination next year for better results. However you can try for some private colleges by using management quota to get admission in private colleges.

But there are chances of having a government institute like NIT through CCMN as the paper was tough this year so the cut off could go little lower this year. Just wait and good luck.
