sir,my bcece (pcm) rank is 3845,unreserved ,can I get MIT or not for civil branch. if not ,then what is the best option for me please..sir

If u prefer college over branch then after MIT,BCE u can go with Darbhanga,Nalanda, Motihari,Gaya,Chhapra.at this rank u will not get MIT/BCE but u will remaining colleges which I have mentioned in my post.
