Both are very good ,its up to you to which u choose,,,I m from Muzaffarpur so I will tell u truth that in MIT students fight every day ,,ragging is also there ...but if manage it then its best collage

Which MIT are you talking about ?
Madras or Muzzafarpur or Maharashtra .. only Muzzafarpur comes under Bcece I presume
Please elaborate so that I may help you out.
